The 18th Annual Legendary 100 takes place this Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Sept. 14-16, at the Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, Wis.

With a tight points battle for this year's Summit USRA Weekly Racing title, USRA Late Models will be competing for USRA national points.

An open practice will be held Wednesday, Sept. 13, from 6-9 p.m. Pit admission is $30 per car and driver.

Thursday and Friday will see preliminary action with racing at 7 p.m. both nights, and Saturday's finale will see racing get underway at 5 p.m.

In addition to the USRA Late Models, fans will see eight other classes including Super Late Models, Modifieds, Midwet Modifieds, UMSS Traditional and Winged Sprint Cars, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks and Hornets.

The pits open at 1 p.m. and grandstands open at 5 all three nights.

Summit USRA Nationals nears: The 10th Annual Summit USRA Nationals powered by Chevrolet Performance returns to the "Diamond of Dirt Tracks" on October 2-7. This year's event will feature USRA Modifieds, Medieval USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods, USRA Hobby Stocks and USRA Tuners.

Racers are encouraged to register online now at myracepass.com/usranationals or you can download the entry form here and then mail or fax your completed form. You can also call the USRA office at (515) 832-6000 to sign up.
