Chateau Raceway season opener pushed back again

LANSING, Minn. -- Racing fans will have to wait one more week to get their fix. The 2011 season opener at the Chateau Raceway was postponed for the second week in a row. With cold temperatures, persistent drizzle, fog and forecast for rain, the show was canceled.

The season opener is now scheduled for Friday, April 29.

Spectator and pit gates will open at 5 p.m. with hot laps at 7 and racing to follow. For more information on the Chateau Raceway please visit the tracks website at www.chateauraceway.net.
