Rapid Speedway hosts Andy Gabrielson Memorial Friday

ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa -- Rapid Speedway will be having the Andy Gabrielson Memorial this Friday, Aug. 17, with $1,000 to win and $120 to start the USRA Stock Car main event.

All other classes will be racing including USRA B-Mods, USRA Hobby Stocks, Sportsmans and Wingless Sprint Cars.

This will be a USRA points race, so all drivers must have a USRA license or purchase a temporary license for just $10 at the pit gate.

Cars/teams who would like to work out of their trailers, will be allowed to do so off turns 3-4 behind the fence.

General admission will be only $9 with the kids only $2 and children 5 and under are free. Races start at 7:30 p.m.
