Championship Night next for Willamette Speedway

LEBANON, Ore. -- The final points race of the 2012 season will take place at Willamette Speedway on Saturday, Sept. 22. When the night is complete five champions will be crowned for what will be undeniable a special moment in each of their careers.

“Championship night is going to be a great night with good racing as well as time afterwards to congratulate each of our champions,” commented General Manager Chris Nofziger. “We also would like to thank all of our other participants whether they made it out for every race or just one and we hope to see all of them next year.”

The evening however will not mark the final event of the season as two weekends remain on the schedule.

Kyle Yeack goes into Saturday night with the most USRA Modified feature wins with four in points action and one non-points affair. The only other repeat winner this year has been Justin Evans with just two victories.
