Southern New Mexico Speedway releases 2013 schedule

LAS CRUCES, N.M. -- Officials from the Southern New Mexico Speedway have announced an aggressive schedule of events for the 2013 racing season.

Action will begin with the 18th Annual Chub Daniels Memorial, March 1-3, featuring USRA Modifieds and USRA Stock Cars, along with Legends Cars and Super Trucks. USRA Modifieds will battle for a $10,000 top prize.

The same divisions are on tap again, Oct. 18-20, for the USRA Modified Fall Nationals where the winner will once again walk away with a $10,000 paycheck.

In addition to the USRA Modifieds and USRA Stock Cars, the USRA B-Mods will also be a staple of the weekly Saturday night programs at the historic 5/16-mile semi-banked dirt oval.

The Southern New Mewxico Speedway is located 11 miles west of Las Cruces at the Southern New Mexico State Fairgrounds. Take exit 132, go left and take the frontage road south of I-10 heading west.
