SPRING VALLEY, Minn. -- The weather is heating up and so is the action at Deer Creek Speedway. This weekend fans will be in for a special treat as the AgStar Financial Services FireCracker returns to the speedway but this year fans are guaranteed to get more bang for their buck.

Fans will get to see not one, but two USRA Modified feature events. The final race of last week's action was postponed due to rain and will be made up this Saturday night, June 29.

Also scheduled to compete are USRA B-Mods plus Late Models, Street Stocks, Super Stocks, Midwest Modifieds.

The Truck Country Slingshots will kick off the weekend events at 2:30 in the afternoon as the little stars and their cars will also be doing double duty and will be running double features as well. Don't forget that the afternoon events are free in the grandstands.

The Kids Club will be meeting at 4:30 and will be treated to some special visitors from the National Eagle Center. Deer Creek Speedway is scheduled to start at 6:00.

Adult tickets are $18, kids 12 and under are $5 and pit passes are $25.
