$2,000-to-win Charles Berziel Memorial this week at West Siloam Speedway


COLCORD, Okla. -- This Saturday, Sept. 7, the West Siloam Speedway will host the 2nd Annual Charles Berziel Memorial featuring the USRA Modifieds. The main event will pay $2,000 to win and $200 to start the 40-lap main event.

Grand National, Front-Wheel Drive, Pure Stock and 360 Modified divisions will also be in action.

With the end of the race season just around the corner, the point standings are tight and emotions are running high so Saturday is sure to be a nail-biter as drivers find themselves one race closer to championship night.

USRA national points will be awarded. The entry fee is $75. A parts truck and fuel are available at the track, and the Speedway Grill will be open so bring your appetite.

The pit gate opens at 4 p.m., grandstands opens at 5, driver draw cut-off is at 6:15, hot laps begin at 6:30 and qualifying starts at 7 p.m.

Grandstadn general admission is $10 and seniors ages 62 and older are $5. Kids ages 12 and under plus any active member of the military get in for free. Pit passes are $30 for adults and $20 for kids ages 6-10.
