BAYTOWN, Texas—Tracy Denby Jr. of Vidor, Texas, capped off the 5th Annual Texas Spring Nationals presented by Double H Bands with a victory in the USRA Limited Mod main event Saturday night at the Royal Purple Raceway in Baytown, Texas.

Denby, who started on the outside of the front row, pocketed $1,500 for his efforts.

Thursday’s feature winner, Kevin Dupont, took the runner-up spot while Nick Clinkenbeard held off polesitter Cade Dillard for third. Eleventh-starting Sean Jones was fifth.

Shane Hebert was sixth, Johnny Torres finished seventh, eighth went to David Lege, ninth place was Rob Slott and Ryan Harris rounded out the top 10 finishers.
