Two $1,500-to-win USRA Modified features on tap at Central Missouri Speedway

WARRENSBURG, Mo.—Central Missouri Speedway roars back to life Saturday, June 13, for Heartland Waste Night featuring two recently postponed $1,500-to-win main events for USRA Modifieds plus a full race program in all divisions.

USRA Modified drivers will first take part in their make-up events originally scheduled for the Memorial Day Weekend. Only drivers who were present during the original running of the qualifying heat races are eligible to race in the make-up events; however, once those races are complete, new drivers checking in for the night are welcome to take part in an all-new night of racing.

One lucky driver in the USRA Modified division could actually pocket a cool $2,500 payday if they are fortunate enough to win both the $1,500-to-win make-up events and the unmatched regular weekly race payout for the division at CMS of $1,000 to win.

Never a track to waste time in between events or keep fans in their seats longer than necessary, the program flow coupled with the outstanding group of drivers competing at CMS provides a fast-paced and action-packed dirt racing experience for attendees.

For this weekend’s race program, all start times are moved forward one half hour. Pit gates open at 4 p.m., admission gates at 4:30, driver pill draw cutoff 5:45, drivers meeting 6, hot laps 6:30, and racing at 7. Drivers not completing their pill draw prior to cutoff time will not be awarded passing points.

As previously mentioned, even though no new entries are allowed in the USRA Modified makeup features, any new drivers are welcome to attend and compete in the new program for June 13th. One of the best parts of the race weekend for both drivers and fans is that normal pricing is in effect.

In the coming weeks, CMS also plans to make up the other delayed main events from the weathered out Memorial Day weekend. On Saturday, June 20, USRA Modifieds will compete for $1,500 to win during their race program along with all classes.

Planned order of events for June 13; please note that event order is subject to change based on current on weather, car count or program flow.
