WINSTON, Mo.—For race fans and racers visiting I-35 Speedway this weekend they will see even more changes as the track improvements continue. Almost weekly there is something new at the track—new flags, new banners, new paint, new portions of the facility manicured, new rock, new tile, etc.

This week the pit area has been expanded. This expansion was required as more and more racers are finding their way to the facility. In addition this expansion has been in the plans for some time as track management prepares for new touring series and other motorsports events in the future. This initial pit expansion will soon include the addition of lights and speakers.

Plans are in place to expand the seating capacity, add a picnic area, and add an area for camping. Mike and Kyle Johnson continue to invest in their race track to bring race fans and racers welcome amenities. Expansion of the seating will soon begin as I-35 Speedway works to become one of the best tracks in the Midwest and in the United States of America.
