Jake outduels Fito in Gallardo 1-2 finish at El Paso Speedway Park

EL PASO, Texas—Its been a long week for the racing community after the wreck of Josh Jackson but tonight we went racing for him with our amazing drivers and crews already pledging all their winnings to him.

Jaime Torres picked up the USRA Stock Car feature win with George LaRose, Todd Froats, Jaime Montelongo and Mike Medina completing the top five.

In USRA Modified action, Jake Gallardo returned from a week of racing with the USMTS and dominated the main event with his father, Fito Gallardo, taking the runner-up paycheck home. Jimmy Ray, Duane Murphy and Donavon Flores rounded out the top five.

The racing was great tonight but at the end of the evening we must all remember that this sport is tough and that one of our own, Josh Jackson, needs all our prayers and support that we can give.
