MEMPHIS, Mo. -- Mother Nature spoiled the night on Trump Trucks and Sonny's Collision Center Late Model night at the Bentz GM Country Scotland County Speedway.

All seven classes got their heat races in, then the B-Modifieds hit the track for their feature. Wyatt Lantz and Jerry Reese Jr. led the field to the drop of the green flag in the Casey's General Stores USRA B-Modified feature, with Lantz grabbing the top spot on lap 1. Lantz held the lead through lap 3, when the skies opened up and rained out the rest of the 15-lap feature, plus the other six features.

Due to the rainout, make-up features for all weekly classes have been rescheduled for Saturday, June 25. The Late Model feature will be made up during the mid-week Scotland County Fair special on Tuesday, July 19.

Next week will be Memphis Democrat and Scotland County Lanes Night at the Bentz GM Country Scotland County Speedway. The USRA Casey's General Stores Championship Series will continue in the Modified, Stock Car, B-Modified and Hobby Stock divisions, plus racing action in the Cruisers and Hornet classes. Gates will open at 5 p.m., with hot laps at 6:15 and racing to follow.

Admission for the Saturday, May 28, show will be adults $9, seniors and students $7, with kids 11 and under FREE!
