Lake Road Warehouse Night this Saturday at I-35 Speedway

WINSTON, Mo.—I-35 Speedway invites all drivers and fans to join us this Saturday, Sept. 12, for Lake Road Warehouse Night. Non-Wing Sprints will be in action along with USRA Modifieds, USRA B-Mods, USRA Stock Cars, Grand Nationals, Hobby Stocks and E-Mods.

Racing is always exciting with entertainment for the entire family, delicious concessions, friendly beer shack, Kaster souvenir shack, funnel cake stand and Trackside Bar and Grill. Let’s don’t forget the addition of the picnic table area for your dining convenience as Mike and Kyle Johnson are always improving the facility.

Intermission will see “Junk in the Trunk” this week so contestants can show off their twerking skills to some chosen music. We will also be giving away a couple more bicycles donated by Roger Conger that two lucky kids will take home. We would like to thank Roger Conger for the donations!!! We would also like to thank Gordman’s and Bob Reber for all the goodies we gave to the kids last week.

Upcoming events include a “Nickel Drop” on Sept. 19 for the kids sponsored by “Team Dough Boys” (Ed Noll Racing #15 USRA B-Mod) along with donations from the drivers. Also on Sept. 19 we will again be joined by the Midwest Lightning Sprints on Casey’s General Store Night. Sept. 26 will be Rod End Supply Night and again we will see the always-entertaining Midwest Lightning Sprints. Oct. 10 will be a date to mark on the calendar as I-35 Speedway presents the Open Wheel Nationals (Show-Me Spectacular), and then on Oct. 24 we will crown our champions on McCarthy Auto Group Night.

Remember, the I-35 Speedway awards banquet will be held at Cameron Community Center on Nov. 14. Tickets are only $25 and can be purchased at the front gate. Awards will be given and K and C DJ Services will keep us dancing the night away. Song choices can be made at the beer shack on any race night. Let’s have some fun as we relax after a long exciting season of racing and celebrate our champions.
