Lucas Oil Spookway Safe Trick or Treat Night this Saturday at Lucas Oil Speedway


WHEATLAND, Mo.—Lucas Oil Speedway recently put the wraps on the 2015 racing season with a very successful MLRA Fall Nationals but there is still plenty of activity at the Diamond of Dirt Tracks this weekend. This Saturday, Oct. 24, ghosts and goblins of all ages are invited to visit the Lucas Oil Spookway for the annual Safe Trick or Treat Night. There will be no racing this Saturday.

The Spookway is scheduled from 5-8 p.m. and is completely free and open to everyone. This year multiple businesses and organizations will have games, activities and treats for the kids. Gates will open at 5 p.m. with a costume contest presented by Protect The Harvest scheduled for 6-7 p.m. Prizes, gift cards and more will be awarded to the following age groups: Infant to 3 years, four to 8 years, 9 to 12 years and ages 13 and older.

This year's event, including the Gearhead Graveyard Haunted House presented by the Oil & Octane Shop, will take place in the dirt track pit area. Please enter through the pit gate located just southeast of the main office and west of the campground shower house. All children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult in the Gearhead Graveyard Haunted House.

Lucas Oil Speedway is located at Highways 83 and 54 in Wheatland, MO. A campground with shower and bathroom facilities is also available. With it's entrance located just outside the pit gate this sprawling scenic camping facility will continue to enhance the racing experience at the Diamond of Dirt Tracks.
