WHEATLAND, Mo.—With a new racing season just three weeks away, fans are invited to visit the Lucas Oil Speedway booth at the 5th Annual KOZL Man Show on Friday and Saturday at the Springfield Expo Center.

The unique effort offers over 90,000 square feet of indoor exhibitor space with displays showcasing a wide range of products, services and programs that men will find useful in their professional and personal lives.

The event is billing as "cooler than a Car Show, better than a Trade Show."

Lucas Oil Speedway ALPS Food Store ULMA Late Model driver Jon Binning and his car will be at the speedway's display. Track schedules for the 2016 season, which opens April 8-9 with the Lucas Oil MLRA Spring Nationals, will be available along with drawings for free tickets.

"This is a really fun event with a lot of really neat things for everyone," Lucas Oil Speedway General Manager Dan Robinson said. "We will be showcasing a race car driven by Jon Binning, one of our top competitors. We're also giving the chance for fans to enter a drawing to win free tickets for the Spring Nationals, which kicks off the season."

Man Show hours are noon-9 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets are $15 at the door, but $10 in advance at area O'Reilly Auto Parts stores. Kids 12-and-under are admitted free, as are all women who accompany a man with a paid admission.

Along with exhibits, there will be live music, cold beer, cool cars, trucks, ATV's, motorcycles, grills, tools, fitness products, games, home renovation ideas and products, lawn mowers, hunting and fishing, hi-tech electronics, home audio equipment, extreme sports and interactive displays.

There's even an Ugly Tattoo Contest with a cash prize and a Beard and Mustache competition with prizes.

Lucas Oil Speedway's season fires up April 8-9 with the Lucas Oil MLRA Spring Nationals with the Budweiser Weekly Championship Series starting April 16.

Lucas Oil Speedway is located at Highways 83 and 54 in Wheatland, Missouri. A campground with shower and bathroom facilities is also available.
