Central Missouri Speedway Budweiser Night features USRA B-Mods


WARRENSBURG, Mo.—Weekly racing will be in full swing this Saturday at the Central Missouri Speedway with the best talent in the USRA Modifieds with a $1,000-to-win main event, plus Out-Pace USRA B-Mods are also on the race program. Both USRA track and national points are available this Saturday for competing Modified and B-Mod drivers.

All B-Mod drivers must be USRA licensed or pay the $10 temp fee to compete.

Pit gates swing open at 4:30 followed by admission gates at 5. Driver pill draw cutoff is 6:15 (no passing points awarded if driver is late checking in). Pit meeting takes place at 6:30 with hot laps at 7 and racing at 7:30. Adult General Admission is $12, Seniors ages 65 to 74 $10, Military active/retired members $10, kids ages 6 to 12 $5. Children five and under and Seniors 75 and over free. All pit passes are $30.

CMS release complete details of the upcoming Eleventh Annual Tom Wilson Memorial BBQ Bowl, which takes place over the Independence Day weekend on July 2nd and July 3rd. The highlight of the weekend will be a $5,000-to-Win, 50-lap main event for USRA Modifieds. The weekend also features Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, ULMA Late Modes, B-Mods/USRA B-mods, and Allstar Midget Series. Modified drivers will want to look for the “Early Bird” entry form for the $5,000-to-Win race.

Heading into this weekend, Kevin Blackburn maintains his lead in the USRA Modified division ahead of Gunner Martin and Shad Badder. While Martin and Badder have each won main events this season. Blackburn’s consistent top-three finishes have him atop the standings but still in search of his first main event victory.

CMS recently announced the make-up event dates for the 5/21/16 rained out events, the date is Saturday June 25, for the USRA Modified makeup. Stay tuned to CMS press releases and the website and social media for future announcements.
