USRA Modifieds back at Central Missouri Speedway Saturday for KMZU 100.7 FM Night

WARRENSBURG, Mo.—Central Missouri Speedway (CMS) is ready for exciting championship racing on KMZU 100.7 FM Night with the USRA Modifieds, B-Mods, Street Stocks and Pure Stocks plus guest class Midwest Mod Lites as they begin a two-week stint at CMS bringing an added class for event more of the best racing the Midwest has to offer.

Fans and drivers are also reminded that this weekend is one of the final weekends to bring in donations for the August 6th Kid’s Night at the Races. The CMS crew is collecting donations from everyone to include school supplies, bikes, driver hero cards, small trinkets and toys, and backpacks and other age-appropriate items to distribute to boys and girls from toddler age to 12 years old.

The 2016 CMS championship season points are very entertaining with several drivers in each class competing for the top spots. The USRA Modified points leader is Kevin Blackburn from Fulton, Missouri. Blackburn claimed his second feature win last weekend to keep his drive to the championship alive. Gunner Martin from Blue Springs, Missouri has four feature wins this year and is just 18 points behind in second with Terry Schultz still hanging on in the third spot.
