USRA Modifieds go for $1,000 to win Saturday on Casey's General Stores Night at Springfield

SPRINGFIELD, Mo.—After a week off and a weekend of rain, Springfield Raceway will be back in action with Casey's General Store Night this Saturday, Aug. 13.

USRA Modifieds will top the card paying $1,000 to win and $100 to start.

There will be a $30 entry fee for USRA Modified drivers.

All four other weekly divisions will be battling as the weekly racing season is drawing near.

The Springfield Raceway will be giving the first 100 kids ages 12 and under through the gate a free backpack, and school supplies along with $5 bills will be given to kids throughout the night.

Adult tickets are $12, kids ages 6-12 are $5 and children age 5 and under get in for free.

The pit gate open at: 5:00, grandstands open at 6:00, hotlaps begin at 7:00 and racing starts at 7:30.
