Season finale at I-35 Speedway this Saturday

WINSTON, Mo.—As the 2016 racing season at I-35 Speedway comes to an end, the best of the best in the dirt track racing world will take to the 3/8-mile track this Saturday, Oct. 29, featuring USRA Modifieds, Holley USRA Stock Cars and Out-Pace USRA B-Mods, plus Chargers, E-Modifieds, Pure Stocks and Sport Compacts—all for your racing enjoyment.

Feel the thunder as the earth-shattering USRA Modifieds do battle trying to collect those valuable USRA national points. Make your plans now so you won’t miss one heart-pounding second of great racing action.

During intermission, kids will be treated to a money grab on the front straight-away as we litter the track with cash. Intermission will also see the top three in Power Wheels receive trophies from Querry Brothers Racing.

Let’s don’t forget the “Showdown of the Shacks” as Kayce and Tammy battle for tips going to their favorite charity. Whoever collects the most in tips has to combine with the other shack. Kayce’s charity is the Wounded Warrior Project with Tammy’s charity being St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The winner also gets to pour a bucket of ice water on Daniel Harris.

Everyone please honor our emergency medical personnel by supporting the theme night and wearing your shirts, hats and/or clothes to honor these heroes both past and present.

Outstanding racing, best concessions anywhere, beer shack serving up your favorite brews, Crazy Carl Kaster with your souvenirs, sweet sweet funnel cakes, Trackside Bar & Grill, programs, 50/50 tickets sales and great family fun.

The I-35 Speedway awards banquet will be held at the A.V. Spillman Center at 308 S. Broadway in Jamesport, Mo., on Saturday, Nov. 12. Tickets for the banquet can be purchased for $25 at the front office which includes social hour from 4:30-5:30 p.m., dinner at 5:30 p.m., and the awards presentation starting at 7:30 p.m.  After the awards will be DJ music and dancing the night away. There will be door prizes, silent auction, cash bar and fun for all. Make your plans now to attend.

See everyone at I-35 Speedway this Saturday night where there is always more “Dirt Tracking at its Best.”
