USRA Modifieds battle for $1,000 on Springfield's EMT Night


The Springfield Raceway will continue with more action-packed racing on the quarter-mile clay oval with Emergency Services Personnel Night this Saturday, May 6.

Officials will recognize the men and women that risk their own lives as they work in the trenches everyday helping those not only in the Ozarks but across the entire United States making a better and safer place for us to live.

We tip our hats to you all of you and say "Thank you" with a fantastic night of dirt track racing this weekend. Police, firefighters, EMTs and rescue workers will be get free grandstand admission this Saturday night, May 6. Everybody knows someone in this line of work, so spread the word and let them know. Please bring your ID card or badge for free admission.

Meanwhile, the USRA Modifieds will top the card Saturday night as they will be battling for a top prize of $1,000 to win and $100 to start the main event ($40 entry fee). Race fans will also be entertained by the Out-Pace USRA B-Mods and three other classes in action including Pure Stocks, Legends Cars and Midwest Modzs.
