Budweiser Labor Day Classic cancelled, Season Championships next Sunday at Cresco

CRESCO, Iowa -- Racing action for Sunday, Sept. 3, at the Cresco (Iowa) Speedway has been cancelled due to rain. The Budweiser Labor Day Classic featuring the Bumper To Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Car Series will not be rescheduled.

However, Season Championships for four classes -- USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods, USRA Hobby Stocks and Outlaw Hobbies -- has been rescheduled for next Sunday, Sept. 10. Cresco Speedway officials also announced that USRA Modifieds will be added to next Sunday's season finale, with drivers earning national points in the USRA Casey’s General Stores Weekly Racing Series and racing for a $1,000 top prize!
