Tickets on sale for Lucas Oil Speedway awards banquet at Old Kinderhook

Ticket reservations for the annual Lucas Oil Speedway postseason awards banquet, where the top 10 drivers in each of the Big Adventure RV Weekly Racing Series divisions will be honored, are being accepted.

The banquet is scheduled for Nov. 4 at the Lodge at Old Kinderhook in Camdenton, Mo. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with a social hour from 6-7 p.m., followed by dinner and the awards program. A cash bar will be available.

Banquet tickets are $40 and can be reserved by calling Lucas Oil Speedway admissions director Nichole McMillan at (417) 282-5984 or by emailing Tables of 10 are available for $400.

Reservation deadline is Oct. 27 and no tickets will be available after that. Drivers must attend the banquet to receive awards, including cash and contingencies.

"The banquet always is a chance to look back and celebrate our season and the drivers," Lucas Oil Speedway General Manager Dan Robinson said. "This year, we're adding some new, fun awards in addition to the Harley-Davidson giveaway. It should make for an enjoyable evening."

The top 10 drivers in the USRA Modifieds and Out-Pace USRA B-Mods, plus the Warsaw Auto Marine & RV ULMA Late Models and Big O Tires Street Stocks, will be recognized and for the third consecutive year a drawing will be held for a Harley-Davidson Roadster to a lucky driver from Lawless Harley-Davidson of Scott City, Mo.

Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series track champions for the 2017 season were Jeff Cutshaw (USRA Modifieds) and Andy Bryant (Out-Pace USRA B-Mods).

The first Big Adventure RV Weekly Racing Series "Most Popular Driver Award" will be unveiled at the banquet. It will be determined through fan voting through Oct. 1 by going to the website

Also, the "Best Looking Car Award," which will be selected by the speedway staff, will be announced at the banquet along with the first "Lucas Oil Speedway Forrest Lucas Lifetime Achievement Award."

Lucas Oil Speedway is located at Highways 83 and 54 in Wheatland, Missouri. A campground with shower and bathroom facilities is also available.
