Allstar Performance to spotlight Allstar Driver of the Week

Officials from the USMTS, USRA and Allstar Performance have announced the creation of the Allstar Driver of the Week Award for the 2018 racing season.

“This award is one that every driver will want to be part of in 2018,” said USRA Operations Manager Ryne Staley. “Every week starting March 1, we will pick the Allstar Driver of the Week and post a picture on social media of the driver and/or his or her car. That driver will get a $150 certificate from Allstar Performance.”

In the picture the driver’s car must display the Allstar Performance decal to be eligible. Awards will be mailed directly to each driver.

“We are happy to increase our marketing programs with the USMTS and USRA in 2018,” said John Berglund, Allstar Performance Advertising Manager. “he series staff has done an excellent job helping us build our brand and constantly implement new ideas to take our programs to the next level. Sensible rules and a wide variety of events have helped the USMTS and USRA experience steady growth in the number of competitors, tracks, and fans.

“Allstar Performance looks forward to continuing our relationship in the future and hopes to see racers, teams and fans at events.”

The key to success in any car building project, whether race car, street rod, or street machine, is access to high quality, reasonably priced parts that will get the job done right—the first time.
