Noah’s Bandage Project this Friday at Lakeside Speedway

It is time once again for Noah’s Bandage Project to take the spotlight at Lakeside Speedway on Friday for another ground-pounding night of racing on the river’s edge. Speedway staff want to remind the outstanding drivers and fans to bring your boxes of kids colorful bandages to bring and exchange for potentially hundreds of dollars in raffle items.

Silent auction items for Noah’s Bandage Project this year include signed memorabilia, Richard Petty NASCAR High-Speed Ride along, a Monster Energy hood, diecast late model, diamond necklace, Dott basket, and much more! Plus, we will have Noah’s Night at the Races T-shirts available for purchase!

Friday also marks Police, Fire & First Responders Night with these personnel receiving free general admission with a valid I.D. upon presentation at the general admission ticket booth.

Kevin Anderson leads Brett Heeter and David Oxford in the Holley USRA Stock Car class standings. In Out-Pace USRA B-Mods, Tim Powell is the leader by 12 markers over Brad Smith while Luke Nieman holds strong in third. For USRA Modifieds, it is Mark Schafman who commands the top with a sizable lead over Kerry Davis and Tim Karrick.

Friday also marks the final week of the Rick Beebe Heating & Air Smokin’ Hot Summer Series presented by Prime Racing Produts. The Lakeside Speedway portion of the mini-series comes to a close on Friday and concludes Saturday at the I-35 Speedway.

The pit gate opens at 5 p.m., spectator gates open at 5:30, the drivers meeting begins at 7:15, hot laps start at 7:30 and racing gets underway at 8. General admission is $12, seniors (65+) are $10 military are $10, kids (7-12) are $6 and children (6 & under) are free. Suites are $20 with kids (2-12) just $10. Pit passes are $30 and kids (6 & under) are $10. Family pack admissions are available this Friday for $30 and include admission for two adults and two kids plus coupons for two hot dogs and two Kool-Aid Jammers.
