Lebanon Midway Speedway back in action this Friday

The Lebanon Midway Speedway will be back in action Friday night, July 12, with the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series featuring Out-Pace USRA B-Mods, along with a fireworks show to help honor former announcer and area racer Gary Woodall.

Woodall, who served our country was an advent racer and then turned his attention to announcing for the last four-plus seasons and truly loved his country, family and local racing as he not only raced, but also owned cars.

Action will also include the Malvern Bank Cash Money Late Model Serie, Street Stocks, Midwest Modifieds, Pure Stocks and Hornets.

A special fireworks show is slated to help celebrate the event as extra purse money has been added to the regular classes from the area TV show Ozarks Traditions

Gates will open at 5 p.m. with grandstand adult admission only $20 and kids 12 and under free. Adult pit passes are $35 with kids 12 and under $10.

Lebanon Midway Speedway is a 1/3-mile semi-banked dirt oval located 5 miles east of Lebanon on Hwy. 32 and then 1/4 mile on Hwy. B.  For more information visit the track's Facebook page or MidwaySpeedway.net.
