BRANDON, S.D. — Mark Dobmeier passed Lynton Jeffrey on lap 10 and went on to capture his second USRA Outlaw Sprint feature of the season Sunday night at Huset's Speedway. Justin Jacobsma took USRA Championship Sprint honors while Colter Deutsch and Craig Hanisch topped the USRA B-Mod and USRA Hobby Stock fields, respectively.
