Springfield Raceway hosts Labor Day Weekend special for USRA B-Mods


The quick quarter-mile Springfield Raceway will be holding a special Sunday night edition of racing action on Labor Day Weekend on Sunday, September 6, with the KTTS Ozarks Area Dirt Track Championships featuring USRA B-Mods battling for $600 to win and $125 to start the feature.

Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series national points will be awarded.

The track will not be running the normal Saturday night event that weekend.

Action will also include the Malvern Bank Cash Money Late Model Series, Bad Boy Mowers Modifieds, Casey's Midwest Modz, Pepsi Pure Stocks, Wheelere Metals Legend Cars and Sharp Mini Late Models.

With a large field of cars expected, hot laps will start at 2 p.m. with qualifying to start at 2:30. Track prep will be done and action will start back up at 6:30 with the rest of the qualifying heats and feature races.

The entry fee for USRA B-Mods is $40. Pit passes are $ 40. Grandstand adult admission is $20.
