Springfield Raceway with Labor Day Weekend Sunday special event

Springfield Raceway will be holding a special event Sunday as KTTS Radio 94.7 has joined as title sponsor, and with the holiday weekend officials expect a large field of entries.

Action fetures USRA B-Mods competing for Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series national points and $600 to win. Action also includes the Malvern Bank Cash Money Super Dirt Late Model Series, Modifieds, Midwest Modz, Pure Stocks, Legends and Mini Lates.

With the large number of cars expected, track owner Jerry Hoffman had adjusted times. Hot laps and qualifying heats for USRA B-Mods, Midwest Modz, Pure Stocks, Legends and Mini Lates will find action starting at 2 p.m.

Late Models and Modified action will start at 6 along with all the main event features.

Grandstand adult admission is only $20.
