I-35 Speedway action continues Saturday with Pro-Ag Night

Racing, super-exciting side-by-side nose-to-tail throw-a-blanket-over-them racing continues at the I-35 Speedway this Saturday, September 26, and every Saturday through Halloween.

This Saturday is Pro-Ag Night for the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series featuring USRA Modifieds, American Racer USRA Stock Cars and USRA B-Mods plus special guest class Midwest Lightning Sprints.

Racing starts at 7 p.m. The pits open at 4:30 and the grandstands will open at 5. Admission prices are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors (62+) and military while youth 18 and younger (ID may be requested) are free—a weekly tradition.

Bring the family and enjoy a night of racing.

With six weeks to go in the 2020 season, let’s take a quick gander at the points races for the season championships:

In the USRA Modifieds, Tyler Hibner leads his dad, Lee Hibner, by 123 points.

In the super-competitive USRA B-Mods it is Nic Hanes with a commanding lead of 234 points over Tyler Cadwallader. Hanes has been consistent with 13 top-five finishes in 19 starts but still looking for his first win of 2020.

The American USRA Stock Cars have seen Doug Keller put together 13 wins in 20 starts to lead last year’s champion, Jeff Dixon, by 68 points. Keller continues to flirt with the USRA National Championship, sitting only 12 points behind Mitch Hovden as of September 18.

I-35 Speedway is located at exit 64 off of the interstate, 10 miles north of Cameron, Missouri. Super-easy access. Parking is always free. Concessions located throughout the facility serving your favorites, sweet tasty funnel cakes, large tenderloins, hot fries, walking tacos, hot dogs, hamburgers and popcorn plus tea, water, pop or beer. The Trackside Bar & Grill overlooks turn 1 and is a great place to sit, watch the races and have dinner. Always-clean Mom-approved restrooms and best racing value for your motorsports entertainment.

We look forward to seeing you this Saturday at I-35 Speedway.
