Four USRA classes at Bloomfield Speedway in 2009

BLOOMFIELD, Iowa - R & J Promotions, Inc., has announced their schedule of events for the 2009 racing season at the Bloomfield Speedway in Bloomfield, Iowa.

The first race of the new season is slated for May 1, and will feature four USRA-sanctioned divisions as part of the American Racer USRA Weekly Racing Series there.

Weekly Racing classes include USRA Modifieds, USRA Karl Chevrolet Stock Cars, USRA Karl Chevrolet B-Mods, USRA Hobby Stocks and Mini-Stocks.

Unless otherwise noted, pit gates open at 5 p.m., grandstands open at 6, hot laps are at 7 and races start at 7:30. Adult tickets are $9, kids ages 6-12 are $5 and children under 6 are admitted free of charge. Pit passes are $20.
