USRA Mods joins Mowers at Springfield Saturday

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - The action this Saturday night, May 2, at the Springfield Raceway will feature an exciting additional class of racing as Bad Boys Lawn Mowers of Batesville, Ark., will be sponsoring the event including the American Heartland Lawn Mower Racers as they compete on the go-kart track during the intermission break.

Racing action will also feature the Late Models as they begin the chase for the championship of weekly racing at the track along with the high-powered USRA Modifieds, Bombers, SportMods and Legends Cars.

Grandstand gates open at 5 p.m. with hot laps starting at 6:15 and racing at 7 p.m. sharp.

Admission is $10 for adults while kids ages 6 through 12 are $5 and 5 and under are free. Pit passes are $25 and the pill draw for drivers ends at 6:15. Any drivers after that time start a the tail of their heat race.

Springfield Raceway owners Jerry Hoffman and Doug Bland invite all associates of Stainless Fabrication and their immediate family members for a free night out at the races on Saturday. All you need to do is show proof of employment and receive free general admission for you and your immediate family members.
