MEMPHIS, Mo. (July 27, 2001) - The Scotland County Raceway in Memphis, MO will host another night of non-sanctioned 360 sprint car action this coming Wednesday night, August 1st. Hot laps will start at 7PM with racing action starting at 8PM. The race was originally scheduled for last Wednesday but early afternoon showers forced the cancellation. This will be the third in a series of Wednesday night sprint specials that have seen Des Moines, IA Doran Doty and Jacksonville, IL's Bobby Hawks walk away with victories. A good field of cars is expected and Hobby Stocks will be the only support class. The Scotland County Raceway also races Late Models, A & B Modifieds, Hobby Stocks, and Two-Man Cruisers every Saturday Night throughout the summer and will host a USMTS Special on Saturday August 4th.
