I-90 Speedway succumbs to weather

HARTFORD, S.D. -- Nearly an inch of rain and below-average temperatures forced I-90 Speedway officials to cancel the second night of the 2012 racing season Saturday.

Unlike last week when the track's prep crew was able to take advantage of strong winds, sufficient drying did not happen into the early afternoon.

Paramount Racing Series action will continue next Saturday, May 5, with hot laps at 6:30.
