BRANDON, S.D. -- Denny Lottman picked up his third win of the season in USRA Karl Performance Parts B-Mod competition Sunday night at Huset's Speedway.

During intermission, 89-year-old former United States Senator George McGovern turned laps in a 360 Sprint Car provided by the Brenden family of Mitchell. McGovern's turn in a sprint car was in an effort to raise awareness to the problems of hunger and poverty in the world.
