"Night of 1,000 Stars" Postponed at Hancock County

(Britt, IA)--They'll still have the "Night of 1,000 Stars" at the Hancock County Speedway in Britt . . . it's just going to be on a different night.

Rain forced postponement of the Harris Auto Racing program, Thursday. IMCA modifieds and the NAPA Winner Series for IMCA stock cars will head back to the 4/10-mile dirt oval in Britt next Thursday, August 13. Hot laps will begin at 7:00 p.m., with the first heat set for 7:30.
