SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Track owners Doug Bland and Jerry Hoffman are pleased to announce that Budweiser will come aboard again for the USRA Modifieds and is the Official Adult Beverage of the Springfield Raceway.

This will be the second season that Budweiser has gathered the naming rights of the main event class at Springfield.

The Will Fischer Distributing Company of Springfield has provided excellent customer service just as Springfield Raceway does.

For the 2012 season and other selective events, Reliable Chevrolet through GM Performance Parts will offer the highest-finishing USRA Modified driver using a CT525 crate engine in the feature an extra $100 if the motor is purchased from Reliable Chevrolet, or $50 if purchased anywhere else.

Reliable Chevrolet offers full service GM service and has both new and used vehicles along with program vehicles at 3655 South Campbell in Springfield.

Many event sponsors will be named later as the staff puts the finishing touches on an outstanding 2012 race schedule.

The Springfield Raceway is a high-banked quarter-mile oval and is considered the raciest track in the four-state area.  The 2012 season will kick off with the running of the O'Reilly Auto Parts Turkey Classic presented by Bad Boy Mowers on Saturday, March 10, featuring Late Models, USRA Modifieds, B-Mods and Legends Cars and will follow with March Madness on Saturday, March 24, featuring the MARS/MLRA Late Models and support classes. The 2012 chase for the championship begins on Saturday, April 21.
