Murray County Speedway releases 2006 schedule

SLAYTON, Minn. -- Officials at the Murray County Speedway in Slayton, Minn., have released the following tentative schedule of events for the 2006 racing season:

May 5 - Practice Night

May 12 - Opening Night

May 19 - Regular Night

May 26 - USMTS Modifieds and Regular Show

June 2 - Regular Night

June 9 - Regular Night

June 16 - Regular Night

June 23 - Regular Night

June 30 - Regular Night

July 3 - 4th of July Special

July 7 - Regular Night

July 14 - Regular Night

July 21 - USMTS Modifieds and Regular Show

July 28 - Regular Night

Aug. 4 - Regular Night

Aug. 11 - Regular Night

Aug. 18 - Regular Night - Murray County Fair

Aug. 25 - Regular Night

Sept. 1 - Rain date if needed

October 21 - Banquet

Plans are also in the works to hold USRA Stock Car and Hobby Stock specials. More information will be forthcoming.
