Edwards takes BST checkers at Ripple Ridge

RAWLINS, Wyo. -- “Fast Eddie” Edwards scored his first out-of-state dirt modified win Friday, June 30, at Ripple Ridge Raceway in Rawlins, Wyo.

Driving the Edwards Motorsports #98 to the front of the main was no easy feat as the best in Colorado and Wyoming went head to head as the BST Modified Series presented the Buckeye Welding Supply Border Wars night number one.

In heat race action Cliff Lawson took the top spot with Will Brack and Phil Canaday rounding out the top 3. Heat race #2 was won by Matt Brack with Don Shepherd and Casey Delp coming in 2nd and 3rd. Heat #3 was won by Eddie Edwards with George Ashby and Tommy Manning rounding out the top 3 spots.
