Lucas Oil Speedway 2018 season passes, gift cards available

With just a week to go before Christmas, there's still time to secure the perfect gift for the racing fan in your life.

Lucas Oil Speedway admissions director Nichole McMillan reminds that there are two options to consider—season passes for the 2018 season or gift cards in any amount that can be used for anything speedway related.

Season pass holder for 2017 also can renew at a $25 discount through the end of the year. Contact McMillan at (417) 282-5984 or email her at nichole@lucasoilspeedway.com to purchase a pass or get more information.

While speedway offices will be closed Dec. 23 through Jan. 1, McMillan said phone messages or emails left during that period will still qualify for the $25 discount.

"This is the first year we've done gift cards," McMillan said. "If someone doesn't know which race their loved one is interested, it will give them a great gift option for the race fan to choose the event of their choice."

Season passes for the dirt-track events—13 weekly racing programs plus 21 nights of special events—are $450 (ages 16-61) and $350 for seniors (62 and up). The special events include The Lucas Oil MLRA and Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series including the three-night Show-Me 100 and Diamond Nationals, ASCS/POWRi events, USMTS, Lucas Oil Pro Pulling Nationals and Monster Trucks.

Each season pass holder is entitled to one reserved stadium-style seat, complete with high backs and armrests located in the top six rows of the main grandstand.

A second option is an all-events pass at $550 for adults (16-61) or $450 for seniors (62 and over). In addition to the dirt-track events, that includes both races on Lake Lucas plus the second annual Off Road Shootout on the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series June 22-24 plus other events on the off road track.

The 2017 season begins with the weekly racing series opener on April 7.

Lucas Oil Speedway is located at Highways 83 and 54 in Wheatland, Missouri. A campground with shower and bathroom facilities is also available. With its entrance located just outside the pit gate this sprawling scenic camping facility will continue to enhance the racing experience at the Diamond of Dirt Tracks.
