Neuman tops USRA Modified feature at Midway Speedway

LEBANON, Mo. - With rain forcing Friday night's action to be cancelled, officials made the decision to make up the race on Saturday night and the decision was a good one as 94 race teams checked into the pits with a quick and racy track.

The USRA Modified feature saw a new winner as Justin Neuman jumped from his outside front row starting spot and never looked back in grabbing his first feature win of the season.

The battle for second was fast and tight as Eric Hudson and Tony Jackson Jr. went bumper to bumper and side by side for the entire distance of the feature event as Hudson brought home the runner-up spot with Jackson, Steve Muilenburg and Jimmy Willis crossing behind the flying Neuman.

Up next on Friday night, June 27, is a special attraction as Team Faith Motocross riders Tim Wilson and Terry Russell will perform a freestyle show at Intermission, along with a regular points show as gates open at 5 p.m. with racing at 8 p.m. sharp.
