Gallardo Charges to Thrilling Win at Vado Speedway Park

VADO, New Mexico (May 2, 2026) - The PEM Racing Gears & Drivetrain USRA B-Mods put on another stellar show Saturday night at the Vado Speedway Park with 24 drivers signing in for competition.

Stealing the spotlight was familiar Modified standout Fito Gallardo, who made the jump into the B-Mod ranks and charged from the 9th starting position to capture the feature win in impressive fashion. Gallardo sliced through traffic and held off a hard-charging field to secure the victory.

Mike Rosales drove his way to a strong runner-up finish while Israel Ortega advanced from 7th to finish 3rd. Christy Barnett put together one of the biggest charges of the night, driving from 11th to 4th, and Donovan Flores rounded out the top-five after starting 8th.
