Preliminary 2007 schedule announced for USRA Late Models
Officials from the United States Racing Association (USRA) have released a tentative schedule of events for the inaugural season for the USRA Late Models. The 2007 season will mark the first time that the high-powered division will compete under the USRA banner, and all events will carry a top prize of $2,000 to win. read more

USRA Casey’s General Stores Weekly Racing Series comes to Chateau Raceway
Officials at Chateau Raceway in Lansing, Minn., have announced that they will sanction their Modified class with the United States Racing Association in 2007. In addition to a hearty track points fund, drivers will also have the opportunity to chase the USRA Casey’s General Stores Weekly Racing Series national championship. read more

Wood wins Driver of the Year honors, earns three track titles and national crown
On Friday night, Jan. 5, RL Promotions honored the drivers from three tracks at the Hotel Ottumwa (Iowa) with a large crowd on hand for the awards celebration. Family, friends and sponsors were on hand to see Nathan Wood take home a truckload of hardware, including a special award from promoter Todd Staley who presented Wood with the first-ever RL Promotions Driver of the Year Award. read more

USRA banner to fly at Lebanon, Monett again in 2007
USRA officials announced today that two of Missouri's premier dirt track facilities will be sanctioning with the United States Racing Association (USRA) again for 2007. For the second straight year, the Lebanon I-44 Speedway and Monett Speedway will run the popular USRA Modifieds on Saturday and Sunday nights, respectively, during the 2007 season. read more

Officials from RL Promotions have announced the date and location for this year's tripleheader post-season awards banquet for three racetracks: the Mountain Dew Bloomfield (Iowa) Speedway, Pepsi Scotland County Speedway in Memphis, Mo., and the Southern Iowa Speedway in Oskaloosa, Iowa. read more
